Opportunity description

Chess and Culture Club for Girls in Sharjah invites you to participate in a volunteer opportunity entitled "Sharjah International Chess Cup for Women Edition 12", to contribute to the organizational and supervisory work on the events accompanying the tournament, which aims to provide a global sports system to attract expertise that contributes to creating the future of women's sports in the sport Chess game.


Program Schedule:

  • Date: 09/12/2022 - 20/12/2023
  • Time: 11:00 - 19:00
  • Location: Sharjah Cultural Chess Club - Sharjah

Duties & responsibilities

You will be responsible for:
  • Providing organizational and supervisory support in the 12th edition of the Sharjah International Chess Cup for Women
    General supervision of the tournament.
  • Direct the players to the playroom.
  • Ensure that players do not insert smart devices.

Eligibility criteria

You must follow the following criteria:

  • Number of volunteer hours: 8 hours.
  • The program time period: Shifts.
  • Participation is open to 30 volunteers.
  • Both sexes can participate.
  • Age required: 18 to 60 years.
