<p>Film Freeway opened applications for the Pelita Harapan University (UPH) Film <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Festival</strong></a> and UPH Film Week. These events are always free to enter and opened for the public.&nbsp;</p><h3>There are two types of event:</h3><ol><li>UPH Film Festival: This festival spotlights the work of young Filmmakers and it takes place at Cinemaxx Theatre, Maxxbox Lippo Karawaci, highlighting incredible works of new young directors from different universities. Indonesian filmmakers face many barriers in getting their work seen. That&#39;s why at this festival they focus on bringing short films to screen, allowing the audience to discover new perspectives.</li><li>UPH Film Week: This is a weakly Screening &amp; Discussion Programme. Submission is open all year.</li></ol><h3>Awards &amp; Prizes:</h3><ol><li>UPH Film Festival:<ul><li>Best Narrative Short</li><li>Best Documentary Short</li><li>Best Animation Short</li><li>Audience Choice <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Competitions-and-Awards" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Award</strong></a></li></ul></li><li>UPH Film Week:<ul><li>Screen the winning film.
