OSCARfest International Cartoon Competition in Croatia from Raed Cartoon

Raed Cartoon website invites animators all over the world to participate in the 14th OSCARfest International Competition in Croatia. The theme of the competition is War and Peace on the Island.

First, Second, Third place and First-ranked Croatian cartoonist: Personal exhibition at the 15th OSCARfest 2023, Diploma, sponsorship award.

• There is no age limit, or limit on the participant profession.
• Selection is made based on topic, originality of the idea, artistic quality, completed Application form, meeting the deadline.
• About 150 artists will be selected for the exhibition.
• Results will be announced on June 30, 2022.
• FORMAT: A4 (210x297 mm), RGB, JPEG, 200-300 dpi, high resolution.
• Up to 3 drawings can be submitted.

About Raed Cartoon:

"Syrian cartoonist” was born in SYRIA 1/3/1973 and had begun the publication since 1988. He is a director of Syria cartoon website: http://www.raedcartoon.com/ and the director of Syrian International Cartoon Contest. On 2005 He organized the first SYRIAN International Cartoon Contest.
