Emirates Foundation's Takatof Social Volunteering Program is pleased to invite its volunteers to participate in an opportunity with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Call Center in Sharjah to respond to inquiries.

Working hours:
Shift system
- First period: 08:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
- Second period: 04:00 PM to 12:00 AM.
- Third period: 12:00 AM to 08:00 AM.

Duties & responsibilities
Call Center (responding to inquiries from customers of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation - Sharjah)
Eligibility criteria
- Citizens o conditions have been completed, interviews will be conducted for volunteers.
- Once the conditions have been completed, interviews will be conducted for volunteers.
- Commitment to National dress code
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Age from 18 years and above
- Upload personal papers on the volunteers.ae Platform which are (personal photo + passport copy with unified number + ID copy ).
- Number of volunteers: 105 Volunteers
- Participation conditions: Adhere to formal dress code.
- Gender Required: Both
- Age Required: 17 to 60 years
- Nationality Required: Emirati nationality
- Language Required: Any
- COVID Vaccination Required: No
