Google is offering the job of Creative Impact Video Specialist to join the 2019 team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

About the Job

The Creative Impact Team (CIT) in MENA is the Large Customer Sales (LCS) specialized team who help clients and agencies create state of the art communication strategies, exploit the unique potential of Google products and platforms - especially YouTube - to solve their business and brand challenges. They make sure that the impact that the creative assets have is the best possible and the more impactful on the final ROI. The world’s biggest brands often have the biggest challenges in telling their unique stories on YouTube.

As the Creative Impact Video Specialist, you will be responsible for driving the success of the MENA markets, showing strong presence and thought-leadership, while closely collaborating with other Google teams across the whole MENA region. In this role you will be inspiring and guiding senior stakeholders through the Google approach to YouTube and Storytelling, that requires you to be at the same time a natural born storyteller, able to understand how storytelling is changing, and a YouTube product specialist, knowing the product and its formats and possibilities inside out, with a specific angle on how to make their performance exceptional and how to drive actions from consumers.


  • Demonstrate creative industry knowledge and understanding of the region’s ad ecosystem.
  • Inspire, lead, and work with senior stakeholders.
  • Be a thought-leader in user-first creative thinking and creative solutions for YouTube.
  • Generate exceptional creative strategic solutions for campaigns and content strategies.
  • Work closely with LCS sales team to constantly improve our impact and offering.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience in the creative industry with experience in a leading position (e.g. Creative Director or Executive Creative Director)
  • Experience creating conceptual digital creative work with experience in branding and strategic creative thinking.
  • Communication and presentation experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Specific experience in video and best-in-class video campaigns.
  • Deep understanding of branding and strategic creative thinking.
  • Ability to thrive in a rapid paced environment, working on multiple projects and clients.
  • Business level communication capabilities (fluently and idiomatically) in English.
