<p>Film Free Way invites artists to participate in the fifth edition of the Moving-Image-Arts <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/opportunity/category/Events-Festivals-and-Conferences" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Festival</strong></a>, which was created by artists/curators Gerda Cammaer, Pierre Tremblay and Devin Shears.</p><p>The festival focuses on short experimental videos that explore the classic genre of portraiture in new ways. This one-hour film festival is a juried showcase of short films and videos from around the world.</p><h3>Eligibility Criteria:</h3><ul><li>Short films of any genre are accepted but preference is given to experimental films and art videos.</li><li>Work produced for a commercial purpose or within a commercial context is not eligible.</li><li>Films and videos need to be 10 minutes maximum, preferably shorter.</li><li>Films and videos have to be produced after January 1, 2018.</li><li>Student films are welcome.</li></ul><h3>Festival Timing:</h3><p>The festival will take place on March 5th, 2020 at the School of Image Arts, Ryerson University in Toronto, <a href="https://www.for9a.com/en/country/Canada" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"><strong>Canada</strong></a>.</p><h3>About</h3><p>Film FreeWay is the world&#39;s number 1 way to discover and submit to film festivals and creative contests.
