The Lateef Jakande Leadership Academy Fellowship Program is a fully funded leadership opportunity aimed at preparing a new generation of leaders in Nigeria. The program focuses on developing leadership skills by combining hands-on training, placements within government institutions, and participation in real community projects.
The fellowship runs full-time for 12 months, during which participants gain direct experience in government work and decision-making processes, alongside training sessions and workshops designed to build impactful and effective leaders in society.
