Fully Funded Volunteering Opportunity in Istanbul for 2026 through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC)

The Türkiye Youth and Education Service Foundation (TÜRKİYE GENÇLİK VE EĞİTİME HİZMET VAKFI – TÜRGEV) in Istanbul, Türkiye, is welcoming volunteers through the European Solidarity Corps (ESC) programme to participate in youth and community activities focused on supporting young people, developing projects, and expanding opportunities for international learning and work.

Volunteers will contribute to the development of social projects, support international mobility programmes, organize volunteering events, and take part in career guidance activities. They will also assist with documentation, reporting, and communication with students and alumni. Volunteers will work between 30 and 35 hours per week over five working days.

The volunteer will:

1. Contribute to the development of social and youth projects.

5. Organize volunteering events and alumni network activities.
6. Take part in mentoring and guidance sessions for volunteers.
7. Contribute to career talks and feedback collection.
8. Support community initiatives implemented by the foundation.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

1. Be between 18 and 30 years old.
2. Be interested in youth work, volunteering, and creating a positive social impact.
3. Have good communication and teamwork skills.
4. Be open to learning and cultural exchange.
5. Be willing to communicate with students and alumni and participate in community activities.
6. Previous volunteering experience is preferred, although a willingness to gain such experience is also welcomed.
7. Be interested in project development, research, and community work.
8. Skills in planning, organization, and report writing are considered an advantage.
9. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, digital tools such as Canva, LinkedIn, Miro, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
10. Presentation and facilitation skills are considered an additional advantage.
