The U.S. Embassy in Muscat is accepting applications from Omani professionals for the 2027–2028 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.
The program is designed for mid-career professionals with demonstrated leadership experience who wish to strengthen their professional knowledge through non-degree academic study, practical training, and professional networking in the United States.

Eligibility criteria

- Reside in the Sultanate of Oman at the time of application and selection.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent qualification.
- Have substantial professional experience, typically at least five years after completing their undergraduate degree.
- Demonstrate leadership, managerial, or policymaking responsibilities.
- Have strong English-language proficiency.
- Show a clear commitment to public service and development in Oman.
- Be willing to return to Oman after completing the program.
- Not be U.S. citizens or permanent residents of the United States.
