Instructables' Trash to Treasure Contest with Prizes Worth of $2900

Instructables.com has launched a new contest under the theme of "Trash to Trasure", and everyone with creative mind is invited to take part. 

This contest is an Instructables classic - always competitive and always inspiring!

Take that trashed, beat up, junky old thing and give it new life.

All projects that involve upcycling or re-purposing old items into something new and different will be eligible, as well as all projects related to refurbishing or restoring an existing item.

Two Grand Prizes will be awarded in the following categories:

1. New Creation from OId Materials
2. Restored Item

Break out the elbow grease and get to it!

Overall of 20 prizes as follows:

• Grand Prize: Two Grand Prize Winners will receive: New Creation: $500 Amazon Gift Card and Restored Item: $500 Amazon Gift Card
• First Prize: Three First Prize Winners will receive: $300 Digital Gift Card
• Second Prize: Five First Prize Winners will receive: $100 Digital Gift Card
• Runner Up: Ten runner prize up Winners will receive: $50 Digital Gift Card

Create a new Instructable that fits the guidelines outlined in the contest description above. To be eligible, Instructables must be published between Mar 28, 2022 and May 23, 2022 (11:59pm PT).

 Accepting:

Entries are accepted by Instructables staff within one business day Monday - Friday. What matters is the submission time, not acceptance time

Voting:

Instructables members can vote for an entry during the contest plus 3 days after the contest closes.

Judging:

A panel of judges made up of Instructables staff and respected members of the community rate the finalists. The averages of the ratings determine the winners.

Winners:

When the winners are decided they will be announced here on the contest page. All entrants will be notified when this happens.
