Chance to Win 5,000 EGP in the 2021 Think Science Essay Competition

The WrittenScience Scientific Journal, the State Ministry of Information, the Ministry of Youth and Sports, and Telecom Egypt present the 2021 Think Science Essay Contest. In this scientific competition, each team writes an article in a field of their choice from the eligible fields: (History, Literature, Space, Science, medicine, engineering..etc)

Contest Regulations:

The competition will consist of 100 teams, after completing the number of participants, a draw will be conducted to determine cooperating teams, each 4 teams will be one team. Each team presents a different article.

In the quarter-finals, there will be a united team "consisting of 4 teams" against a united team "consisting of 4 teams."

In the semi-finals, there will be one united team consisting of 4 teams, a draw will be conducted and they will be divided into two teams, each two teams will be with each other.

In the final there will be two teams against each other, and of course one team is the smartest, one team is the winner.

The winner receive:

• 5,000 Egyptian pounds
• 7 paid online courses chosen by the winning team.
• Certificates of appreciation "accredited by the State Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Youth and Sports" and a special honor certificate from the Written Science newspaper.
• The winning team's article will be published on the newspaper's website.

Competition General Conditions:

• The competing team should abide by the terms and rules of scientific research.
• The validity of the information contained in the research from a scientific point of view with the provision of sources.
• The article submitted by the competing teams should not be an old article or an article reformulated in another way.
• The newspaper has the right to publish the winning team’s article on its website, Facebook page, and Instagram page.
• Do not write articles about religions.

Competition Requirements:

• Writing an article in one of the scientific, literary and historical fields.
• The team should not be more than 4 people and not less than 2 people.
• In the event that a video clip is provided in the competition, it should be sent in high quality via e-mail: info@writtenscience.org
• The applicant must be of Egyptian nationality.
• The contestant must be at least 16 years old and not more than 29 years old.
